Optical binary. Uncertain identification. Combined magnitude given in the table. A= 9.8V; B= 11.1V (sep. 3.7"). Different spectral types in the literature make the classification ambiguous. For the bright component, B8/9IV/V in 1999MSS...C05....0H suggests SPB, but it is also A1Va- in 1993AJ....106..632G and A8V in 1972ApJ...175..765S, and the latter might fit a GDOR type. If the variable is the fainter object, it has a spectral type F in 2023A&A...674A..26C that also fits a GDOR classification. Coordinates and names in the table are those of the bright star. |
