Otero, Sebastian Alberto
Pulse period 153.24 s. (
2010MNRAS.402.2388K
). Original position by Kinugasa et al. (
1998ApJ...495..435K
) published in most catalogues (including Liu et al., 2006) has a 0.5' error circle and matches 2MASS J18202912-1434243 at 18 20 29.12 -14 34 24.3 (J2000.0, 2MASS). Negueruela and Schurch (
2007A&A...461..631N
) identify it with 2MASS J18203114-1434193 at 18 20 31.15 -14 34 19.4 (J2000.0). That star has V-mag= 15.3 from UCAC3 and CMC14.Their spectrum is for an early B-type star with H-alpha in absorption. The adopted position comes from the most recent identification by Kaur et al. (
2010MNRAS.402.2388K
). They detected no optical counterpart on DSS images. IDENTIFICATION REMAINS UNCERTAIN.
