1 Otero, Sebastian Alberto SIMBAD splits SU Cru in SU Cru A (the known cepheid) and SU Cru B (an LPV) based on the classifications in 2022yCat.1358....0G. But examination of the Gaia DR3 data shows that the cepheid is the B component, while the Gaia DR3 reported variability for A is spurious and caused by contamination from the companion. A has V ~10.5 and is 0.7" to the E. Combined range V= 9.46 - 10.07.
2 GCVS Team [A/H] = -0.8.
