1 Otero, Sebastian Alberto ATel #10176 says it is 3.2" South and 6.7" West of a galaxy (PGC 2792215). The extended object has J-K= 2.2 and B-V= 2.6 and is an IRAS source. From ATel #10212: "It is an M-star or cool atmosphere (...). This flux is most likely from a nebula around a Galactic source (e.g. nova, or symbiotic star) and the system is in outburst.". The position in ATel #10212 (10 06 57.46 -47 43 39.1) is different from the ASAS-SN position (which is consistent with a 14th mag. star present in all astrometric catalogues). The ASAS-SN magnitudes probably have the assumed host galaxy brightness subtracted. The table shows the combined range of the extended object from ASAS-3 and APASS data. UCAC4 position. Spectral type and variability type from ATel #10212.
