NSV 16428 and NSV 16430 are the same star. NSV 16428 is identified as JW 399 in the NSV supplement (as of July, 2020) with I= 13.2 (combined magnitude). NSV 16430 is identified as JW 339b with a remark "JW 339a: V = 18.5, sep. = 0".23.". Actually the JW number is wrong, they are JW 399a and JW 399b. The two components may be variable. Combined range given. Available magnitudes: JW 399ab = 13.2 I (
1988AJ.....95.1755J
). JW 399a = 14.93 I (
2002A&A...396..513H
); 15.29 I; V= 18.44 - 18.51 (
1994ApJ...421..517P
). JW 399b = 16.77 I; V= 19.06 - 20.65 (
1994ApJ...421..517P
). Position and spectral type of the a component given.
