Schmeer, Patrick
Eruptions were detected on 1971 August 16.4 UT (IAUC #2353) and 2009 February 5.067 UT (IAUC #9019). Periodogram analysis strongly suggests (90% confidence) a period of 1.19 ± 0.01 days (ATel #2001). The estimated white dwarf mass lies between ~1.1 and ~1.3 solar masses; the secondary star is most likely a sub-giant (2016ApJ...818..145B). |

Templeton, Matthew
Nova confirmed spectroscopically by H.E. Bond et al. Possible recurrent nova, close to position of N LMC 1971. See IAUC 9019 for details. |
