1 Otero, Sebastian Alberto Chart in 1962MmSAI..32..297R is likely wrong. HO Ori (Parenago 794) is likely the same object as V0694 Ori, which is fainter (V ~16) and is 19" to the West. Parenago 794 doesn't show emission lines (it looks like an early K-type giant/subgiant) (B. Skiff, pv. comm.) and is constant in all photometric sources/surveys (S. Otero). The location given in 1962MmSAI..32..297R (Table V) matches that of V0694 Ori (T. Kato, vsnet-chat #9256). The GCVS Team decided to keep them as separate objects based on the chart evidence (E. Kazarovets; N. Samus, pv. comm.)
