Skiff, Brian
The formal paper by Wagner et al (
1998AJ....115..787W
) shows that there is a faint companion to this star. SDSS DR7 resolves both components in its images and catalogue.. Comparison of DSS1 and later images suggest it is the variable that has significant proper motion to the southeast, and the companion is likely an optical one. The SDSS positions show the companion at V ~19.1 and 1".8 SW of the variable: RA (J2000) Dec SX LMi 10 54 30.43 +30 06 10.3 comp 10 54 30.39 +30 06 08.5
